A full-fledged Vigilance Department operates at the Bank's Head Office. The Department operates as a channel for providing inputs to the Top Management for carrying out investigation into vigilance related complaints and to suggest corrective measures for improving the control systems and compliance of laid down procedures.

Implementation of Guidelines of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC)

The Department has been implementing the guidelines laid down by the CVC from time to time for improving Vigilance Administration and has put in place a system wherein complaints received, from the public / any other sources, are attended to promptly.

Online Vigilance Complaint Portal

To lodge complaint on any vigilance related matters (bribery / corrupt practices, etc.) please use the "Online Vigilance Complaint Portal". Please note:

  • For complaints related to service / operational issues regarding accounts such as ATM / Debit Card, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, etc. please lodge your complaint through our customer care portal (https://crmsonline.idbibank.com/).
  • If you wish to not disclose your identity while registering your complaint, please use Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informer (PIDPI) mechanism (please refer https://cvc.gov.in/pidpi link for further information on the same)."
